Be LOVE - Sé AMOR 10-01-2014

L ove is the highest vibration in the cosmos. "Be Love" has become my motto this 2014 because it gives us the key to our evolution in the planet. It is also direct, concrete, in English, and everyone understands the deep meaning of its two words.

To get infused by love:

• Repeat the mantra Aham Prema - I am love: Breathe and repeat slowly Aham Prema, aham prema ( or in your own language). if you prefer, add a melody and sing it loud. The remembrance of what you truly are will move mountains!
• Visualize a bubble of love: Use it when you are in the presence of someone that irritates you, that pushes your buttons or in any situation where there is suffering. Visualize a bubble of pink-golden light that envelops you and the other person or the situation. Gently breathe until you feel that the sharpness has dissolve.
• Ego or love? Observe yourself without judging, How do you respond to life? Love always wins over ego, fear or ignorance, but it is you who makes the choice to respond from the highest place.

 

The language of love is universal and in yoga there are many terms to talk about its different manifestations. One that I particularly like is prema, the distilled, elevated love that is not focused towards anything specific but whose destination is the whole existence. It is said that prema is not a weapon, but it penetrates the heart; that it is not water but it washes away all impurities. Prema is not only romantic love and it will transform your relationships. Prema is pure like a child's hug and powerful as the protection of the Mother Divine.

Today, fall in love with a flower, with a cloud, with the people that surrounds you, with a swallow, with yourself.

E l amor es la vibración más elevada en el cosmos. ¬†‚ÄúSé Amor‚Äù se ha hecho mi lema para el 2014 porque nos da la clave de la evolución en la Tierra. Además, es concreto, directo, en castellano y todo el mundo comprende el significado profundo de sus dos palabras.

¬†Para embriagarte con su éxtasis transcendental:

• Repite el mantra Aham Prema ‚Äì Yo soy amor:¬†Respira y repite despacio Aham Prema, aham prema (o en tu propio idioma) Si lo prefieres, ponle una melodía y cántalo. El recuerdo de lo que eres auténticamente hará maravillas!
• Visualización de la burbuja de amor:¬†√ösala cuando estés en presencia de alguien que te irrita y te aprieta las tuercas, o ante una situación en la que hay sufrimiento. Envuélvete a ti mismo o a esa otra persona en una burbuja de color rosa-dorado y respira suavemente hasta que sientas que las asperezas se han disuelto.
• ¿Ego o amor? :¬†Obsérvate a ti mismo, sin juzgarte, ¿desde dónde le respondes a la vida? El amor siempre triunfa sobre el ego, el miedo o la ignorancia, pero eres tú quien elige responder desde el lugar más elevado.

Aunque el lenguaje del amor es universal, en yoga tenemos muchos términos para hablar de sus diferentes manifestaciones. Yo siento una afinidad especial con prema, el amor elevado y destilado que no se dirige hacia nada en concreto sino que se siente hacia toda la existencia, material e inmaterial. Se dice que prema no es un arma, pero penetra el corazón; que no es agua, pero limpia todas las impurezas. Prema no es solo un amor romántico y transformará tus relaciones de pareja. Prema es puro como el abrazo de un niño y poderoso como el manto protector de la Madre Divina.

Hoy enamórate de una flor, de una nube, de la gente que te rodea, de una golondrina, de ti mismo.
