Mother of Wisdom - Madre de Sabiduría 31-01-2014

S araswati is the Mother of Wisdom, of sound and the arts. She has been my most dear companion for many years, to the point that my sixth sense tells me that she is the one behind the publication of Una fiesta para el alma, my first book. I am so incredibly excited! and at the same time I know that she has worked a lot harder than me to make this happen. A little weird, isn't it? Just keep reading...

There are subtle cosmic energies that are willing to protect and support us at any moment. Did you know that? They are subtle because they vibrate within the primordial particles that make the fabric of existence; cosmic because they are everywhere and their reach goes beyond the rational mind. They are the high aspects of our own Self. Yogins call them devis (feminine) and devas (masculine), the luminous shining ones that enlighten our path so what we came to do in this lifetime becomes manifested.

The name Saraswati simply means "tho one that flows" because her presence within us is responsible of the flow of inspiration coming from the authentic source of wisdom. She is supreme queen of music, of speech as creative force in our world, of intuition and understanding. She is represented seated by the river, dressed in white as symbol for the purity of her wisdom. In her hands, she holds a lotus flower, sacred scriptures, an instrument called veena and a rosary or mala. Her swan, Hamsa, is often present, he is the breath and Saraswati lives at the top of the upper palate.

You can invoke Saraswati's vibration in situations like:

• You have to write a report/speech/article
• You are about to prepare a class or you are a student
• You are about to start working in your studio
• When you are having a difficult conversation and you have a hard time expressing your feelings
• if you are having computer problems
• to communicate with the divine in high states of meditation

Use the following mantra

Om Aim Hrim Saraswatyai Namaha

Om, I bow to the flowing one whose essence is wisdom and the power to manifest*

Existen sutiles energías cósmicas dispuestas a ampararnos y apoyarnos en cualquier momento, ¿lo sabías? Son sutiles porque vibran en las partículas primordiales del tejido de la existencia; cósmicas porque están en todas partes y su alcance va más allá de lo que se puede concebir con la mente racional. Son aspectos muy elevados de nuestro propio Ser. Los yogins las llamamos Devis (femeninas) y Devas (masculinos), los luminosos y brillantes que iluminan nuestro camino para que se realice lo que hemos venido a hacer en esta vida.

El nombre de Saraswati simplemente significa ‚Äúla que fluye‚Äù porque su presencia en nuestro interior es responsable de que fluya la inspiración proveniente de la auténtica fuente de sabiduría. Es reina suprema de la música, de la palabra como agente creador de nuestro mundo, de la intuición y del entendimiento. Se la representa junto a un río de agua clara, vestida de blanco como símbolo de la pureza de su sabiduría. En sus manos sostiene una flor de loto, las escrituras sagradas, el instrumento de cuerda llamado veena y un rosario o mala. Su cisne Hamsa suele estar presente, él es la respiración y Saraswati vive en lo alto del paladar.

Puedes invocar la vibración de Saraswati en situaciones como las siguientes:

• A la hora de escribir un informe/discurso
• cuando vas a preparar una clase o si eres estudiante
• si te vas a meter en tu estudio a trabajar
• cuando te enfrentas a una conversación difícil y te cuesta expresar tu verdad
• si tienes problemas con el ordenador
• para comunicarte con lo divino en estados elevados de meditación

para ello utiliza el siguiente mantra:

Om, me inclino ante la que fluye, cuya esencia es la sabiduría y poder para manifestarla*
