Honoring Thanksgiving Day I share with you the following exercise:
Sit comfortable in a place where you will not be disturbed so you can spend twenty minutes recognizing all that there is already in your life. The greatness of your days and the incredible amount of beautiful things in each one of those. What is important in this exercise is that you include details: for each category write down five sentences to explain why do you feel grateful about the specific thing or person. As an example, it is very different to say "I am grateful for my job" than "I am grateful for my job because: 1. it makes me greater as a person; 2. it is a service to the entire universe; 3. I meet fascinating, wonderful people; Zunray is my second home and my extended family; 5. it is dynamic and creative". Do you get it?
Light a candle, breathe gently, get paper and pencil and go!
